1st game of the season!

SKEWEN RFC V NEWCASTLE EMLYN

The rugby season is finally back this weekend and we look forward to welcoming Newcastle Emlyn RFC to Tennant Park for the first league fixture of the 2017-2018 season. Both fixtures last season were really competitive with a draw away and narrow loss at home so everybody at Skewen RFC is geared up for a challenging match this Saturday!

After a gruelling preseason which has spanned almost 10 weeks, coupled with some excellent results against Treorchy and Loughor, the side comes into this fixture in great shape!

Also, on other exciting news, it is great to announce Skewen RFC are to reintroduce a Youth XV for the 2017-2018 season and they play before us this Saturday as a curtain raiser against local rivals Tonna.
